Order & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within Switzerland and 4-7 business days for international orders.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase . Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee any changes.
We pack very carefully, but if your product arrives broken or leaking, send us a photo of the damage within 7 days and we will organize a replacement.
International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on the country's regulations. These fees are not covered by Beauty Fellows.
There are no customs fees for orders within Switzerland or the EU.
If your package hasn't arrived, please check your tracking link. If it's delayed or lost, contact our support team, and we'll help you.
Return & Refund
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of used products. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right!
Our formulas are dermatologically tested. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
No, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong product, please place a new order and return the unused, unopened product for a refund.
However, please understand that you will have to bear the shipping costs for the return yourself.

Most of our products are safe for use during pregnancy, but we always recommend consulting a doctor before using skincare products containing active ingredients like retinol.
Store them in a cool, dry place and protect them from direct sunlight.
