Orders & Shipping
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days within Switzerland and 4-7 business days for international orders.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes.
We take great care in packaging, but if your product arrives broken or leaking, email us a photo of the damage within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not covered by Beauty Fellows.
There are no customs duties for orders within Switzerland or the EU.
If your package hasn’t arrived, please check your tracking link. If it’s delayed or lost, contact our support team, and we’ll assist you.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of used products. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right!
Our formulas are dermatologically tested, but if you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
No, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong product, please place a new order and return the unused, unopened product for a refund.
Please understand, however, that you will have to pay the shipping costs for the return yourself.
